The Murph [Scott Remix]

One of the most infamous workouts currently doing the rounds is The Murph Workout. Named after US Navy SEAL Michael Patrick Murphy, this workout is a real test of strength, both physically and mentally. The original workout involves 1 mile run, 100 chin ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and a final mile run. This has been a favourite of mine for a while since it was introduced to me by legend Blake Worrall-Thompson, however today I felt it was time to up the ante. Try the below remix on a classic for an extra burn.

TIP: Make sure you're hydrated before tackling this beast. I tried this bad-boy while trying to pass time with my workout on holiday in Singapore, and the heat was an absolute killer.
